Note on Timings: PiyoPiyo and Azarashi actually have inaccurate and slow pmd playback, whilst PiyoPiyoPlayer has accurate playback. The "PiyoPiyo Timing" tracks are modified to be 8.1% slower to emulate Azarashi/PiyoPiyo playback rates.
